Crystal River Manatee Fun

Join us for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity in the Manatee Capitol of the World! Swim with the Manatees in the crystal clear waters of our local springs where you’ll experience an unforgettable encounter with these gentle creatures in their natural habitat.

Fun for the whole family, our pontoon boat is roomy, stable and perfect for finding the best spots. Plan to jump in, chill out, explore and interact with the manatees. Kids are welcome, grandpa’s are just fine too. And don’t worry if you’ve never snorkeled before. Our Captain spends time with you in a
safety briefing and instruction before the group heads out. Before you know it, you’ll be having the time of your life on this bucket list adventure!

Travis with Crystal River Manatee Fun provided us with an unforgettable experience swimming with the manatees today. From start to finish, our adventure with Travis was nothing short of exceptional.

We were able to observe these magnificent creatures up close, without causing any disturbance to their natural behavior. The joy and awe we experienced as we swam alongside and above these gentle giants is indescribable. It was a truly magical encounter that will forever be etched in our memories.

Our experience with Crystal River Manatee Fun was extraordinary. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking a remarkable wildlife encounter.

Manatee Manners

The Most Manatees

Between November and April, Kings Bay on Crystal River in Florida welcomes the largest aggregation of manatees in the world, and we are going swimming with these magnificent creatures. To protect the manatees from harm, harassment and disturbance, this area is part of the Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge and Manatee Sanctuaries.

‘Must Watch’ Video

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service requires you to watch this video in order to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for humans and manatees alike. For more information on the Refuge and manatees, visit http://www.fws.gov/crystalriver/
